To our long-standing fleet vehicle partners, we thank you for your support. If this is your first time considering Toyota Canada as your fleet vehicle provider, we welcome the opportunity to showcase our complete lineup of Toyota cars and trucks. Overall cost of ownership is one of the most important factors when considering a fleet vehicle. We are proud of Toyota’s reputation for providing long-lasting value, and of the outstanding recognition we receive year after year for our quality, dependability and safety. Toyota believes, no matter the destination, everyone deserves to arrive safely. This is why the suite of advanced safety features we call Toyota Safety SenseTM (TSS), comes standard on virtually all of our models. Our leadership in advanced technology is a strong demonstration of Toyota’s investment in the future of mobility. This commitment to innovation extends to our broad lineup of alternative powertrain technologies – including the Prius Prime plug-in hybrid electric and the soon-to-come Mirai fuel cell electric vehicle. Thank you. Larry Hutchinson We look forward to working with you, our fleet partners, and to ensuring you continue to find the perfect vehicle for your business needs. Very cool. 2018 MIRAI The Mirai Fuel Cell Vehicle (FCEV) is futuristic, aerodynamic, comfortable and quiet. Every aspect of the Mirai was designed to be innovative, efficient and reliable. 5 Fuel Efficiency Outstanding fuel efficiency helps drive down your costs. Fuel expenses are a major contributor to the total cost of running your fleet. That’s why Toyota is committed to improving the fuel efficiency and reducing the greenhouse gas emissions of all our vehicles. We already lead the way with the most extensive and proven lineup of fuel efficient hybrids. From the one that started it all – the Prius – to our Camry sedan to the RAV4 and Highlander SUVs, there’s a Toyota hybrid for any job. But whether it’s hybrid or conventional gas engine powertrains, Toyota’s commitment to fuel efficiency delivers very low cost of operation. And for tomorrow, we’re investing in new technology and exploring new powertrains like our Mirai fuel-cell electric vehicle which uses no gasoline and emits only water vapour out of the tailpipe. In 2017, the Toyota Prius, Prius c, Prius v and RAV4 all won awards from Natural Resources Canada (NRCAN) as the most fuel-efficient vehicles in their respective categories. 2018 Best Green Innovation Award Toyota prius prime Prius Prime shown. 6 ‘ ‘ Safety & Technology Toyota’s Canadian line-up earned a total of six 2018 IIHS TOP SAfety Pick AWARDS* Prius Prime shown. TSS-C: PRE-COLLISION SYSTEM9A Provides collision avoidance or damage mitigation support in speed ranges where frontal collisions are likely to occur. TSS-C: Lane Departure Alert7A Lane Departure Alert function is designed to assist a driver from unintentionally deviating from their lane. Using an invehicle camera to detect visible white and yellow lane markings, the system issues both visual and audio alerts in the event of lane deviation. Automatic High Beam Automatic High Beams (AHB) help drivers see more of what’s ahead at nighttime by automatically switching between high and low beams as appropriate to provide the most light possible and enhance forward visibility. By using high beams more frequently, the system may allow earlier detection of pedestrians and obstacles. TSS-P: Pre-Collision System9B with Pedestrian Detection Provides collision avoidance or damage mitigation support in speed ranges where frontal collisions are likely to occur. In certain conditions, the Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection may also help to detect pedestrians and help prevent or mitigate a collision TSS-P: Dynamic Radar Cruise Control8 Using forward sensing radar technolgy, the system can automatically adjust vehicle speed to help maintain a preset following distance between you and the vehicle directly in front of you. TSS-P: Lane Departure Alert7B with Steering Assist Alerts you if you start to drift out of your lane when visible lane markings are detected. On some models with TSS-P, the Steering Assist function may also provide small corrective steering inputs. That’s why we created Toyota Safety Sense™ (TSS)1 – an advanced suite of innovative safety features designed to help protect drivers, passengers, pedestrians (TSS-P only) and people in other vehicles from harm. 8 Safety & Technology TRACTION CONTROL helps maintain grip on wet, icy, loose or uneven surfaces by applying brake force to spinning wheels. ‘ ‘ VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL** helps prevent wheel slip and loss of traction by reducing engine power and applying brake force to the wheels that need it. Toyota’s Canadian line-up earned a total of six 2018 IIHS TOP SAfety Pick AWARDS* ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM helps prevent brakes from locking up by ‘pulsing’ brake pressure in emergency braking situations. ELECTRONIC BRAKE-FORCE DISTRIBUTION is advanced ABS technology that keeps the vehicle more stable and balanced when braking. BRAKE ASSIST†† SST SMART STOP TECHNOLOGY † helps detect sudden or ‘panic’ braking and adds the full pressure needed to help prevent collisions. automatically cuts engine power and allows the brakes to take control when the accelerator and brakes are pressed at the same time. At Toyota, sophisticated safety features come standard. Years of testing and investment in research and development have led to the creation of our Star Safety System, six advanced accident avoidance technologies that make attentive drivers better drivers. 9 Reliability Quality. Since introducing the first-generation Prius in 1997, we have continued to refine and advance our revolutionary Hybrid Synergy Drive technology. Toyota hybrid models have been available in Canada for 18 years and to date over 11 million Toyota hybrids have been sold globally. Over 95% of Prius’ sold in Canada in the last 15 years are still on the road today*. There are 7 hybrid models available in Canada for 2019. Our unique Hybrid Synergy Drive technology can operate in electric-only mode, gas-only mode or a seamless combination of both. You get incredible fuel efficiency in city driving and powerful performance on the highway. Our hybrids also help your budget with reduced maintenance costs. The brakes are regenerative, saving pad and rotor life. There is no transmission fluid under load and no starter, alternator or belts to be replaced. The Mirai joins Toyota’s broad range of advanced powertrain vehicles, a fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) that emits only water – to help reduce emissions under real world conditions while delivering everything that drivers desire in a car. *Based on IHS Markit Vehicles in Operation as of June 30, 2017 for Model Years 2008 to 2018 vs Total New Registrations of those vehicles. Torque driving range cold start rating mirai Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) With its advanced technology under the hood, the 2018 Toyota Mirai delivers three key benefits that Toyota feels are important to Canadians. First, there’s no need for range anxiety, as the Mirai can travel more than 500 km on a tank of hydrogen. Second, refuelling time is similar to a regular gasoline vehicle, taking approximately five minutes to refill the tank. Finally the Mirai has proven cold-weather reliability, tested and designed to handle even our toughest Canadian winters. Mirai stores hydrogen in its fuel tank. This is combined with oxygen in the fuel cell stack. The resulting chemical reaction produces two things: electricity and water. The electricity powers the vehicle, delivering 151 peak horsepower and up to 247 lb-ft of torque. And the water leaves through the tailpipe as Mirai’s only emission. Beyond its remarkable power supply, however, the Mirai delivers exactly what drivers have come to expect of Toyota: a stylish, feature-rich, fun-to-drive four-door sedan. mirai SHOWN IN salsa red pearl (U.S. model shown) touch screen display3 mirai’s ergonomic cockpit 36 camry hybrid High style, high performance, high technology. mechanical 2.5 Litre, 4-Cylinder, DOHC, 16-Valve, Variable Valve Timing w/ Intelligence, Hybrid Synergy Drive, EV & ECO Modes 208 hp Net Power Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) features EntuneTM 3.0 Display Audio3 with Bluetooth® Compatibility2 & USB Input Backup Camera5 Heated Front Seats Steering Wheel w/Audio, Multi-Information Display & Phone Controls Power Windows with Auto Up/Down Power Adjustable Heated Mirrors w/LED Integrated Signal Lamps 8-Way Power Adjustable Driver’s Seat with Lumbar Support Smart Key System with Push Button Start, LED Headlights & Tail Lamps 427 Litres (15.1 cu.ft) of Cargo Capacity safety Camry Hybrid LE shown in celestial silver metallic spacious front cockpit entuneTM multi information display Toyota’s Star Safety SystemTM Toyota Safety SenseTM P9B Driver & Front Passenger Whiplash-Injury-Lessening Seats Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert6 Bird’s-Eye-View Camera with Perimeter Scan13 10 Airbags fuel economy – 4.9/4.8/4.9 (City/Highway/Combined L/100 km) 113 CO2 Emissions (G/Km) Camry Hybrid LE awards (with specific headlights.
