Assembled Parts Assembly CAUTION Leg This package contains small parts. For adult assembly only. Ramps 1 Top • Fit the tabs on each ramp into the slots in the leg. Push to "snap" in place. Hint: The ramps are designed to fit one way. If the ramp does not seem to fit in the leg, try the other ramp. 2 Ramps Leg 2 Rails 3 Feet Foot 2 3 Legs • Insert the tabs on a leg into the slots on a foot. Push to “snap” in place. • Repeat this procedure to assemble the remaining legs and feet. M4,5 x 19 mm Screw – 6 Shown Actual Size Tighten and loosen all screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten. 2 Assembly Rails Screws Top 3 5 • Fit the rails onto the top, as shown. • Insert two screws into the leg and tighten. • Repeat this procedure to assemble the remaining legs. To avoid battery leakage: • Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium). • Insert batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment. • Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove exhausted batteries from the product. Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of this product in a fire. The batteries inside may explode or leak. • Never short-circuit the battery terminals. • Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type, as recommended. • Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries. • Remove rechargeable batteries from the product before charging. • If removable, rechargeable batteries are used, they are only to be charged under adult supervision. 1,5V x 4 “AA” (LR6) • Loosen the screws in the battery compartment door with a Phillips screwdriver and remove the door. • Insert four “AA” (LR6) alkaline batteries. Hint: We recommend using alkaline batteries for longer battery life. • Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the screws. • If this toy begins to operate erratically, you may need to reset the electronics. Slide the power/volume switch off and back on. • When sounds, light or motion become faint or stop, it’s time for an adult to change the batteries. • Protect the environment by not disposing of this product with household waste (2002/96/EC). Check your local authority for recycling advice and facilities. 5 Erupting Action! Power/Volume Switch • Slide the power/volume switch to ON with low volume or ON with high volume . • Swing the paddle for sounds and lights! • Place the balls in the center of the toy. Then, bat the roller to watch them erupt! • When finished playing with this toy, slide the power/volume switch OFF . 6
